Microtec's Conveyor and Dumping Station is a dedicated machine for facilitating manual handling of bulk materials, either powders and granules, into the process line. It warrants a uniform, non-hazardous and dust-free feeding of various bulk materials.
This equipment is essential for the powder handling, ensuring effective and safe emptying of bulk material bags. It consists of a work station with a screen to remove any rough objects or powder clumps. Bags containing feeding powder are manually poured into the equipment. The bulk materials inside the bag are then routed through a hopper and conveyed pneumatically to the designated processing equipment by uplifting air forced or induced by a fan. Dust collection system may be integrated to the system to diminish dust discharges during the dumping operation.
